How does it work?
We explain everything you need to know about buying and owning a home, and help you assess which option is right for you. We also provide a complete aftercare service once you have moved in, so you will always have expert help and support on hand when you need it.
 
Are you eligible?
If you want to apply for any of our homes, we will need to know that:

• you can afford all the costs of owning a home
• your annual household income is less than £60,000
• you do not own any other homes (at the time that you buy).
