Repairs
Sovereign South+West leaseholders can report repairs either by using our online reporting form which can be found here or by calling our 24 hour call centre on 0800 587 2325 if you find any defects in your HomeBuy property. We will note down your problem and set a target date for repairs. If you find defects 12 months after you have moved in, you will need to contact the National House-Building Council instead.
Sovereign Kingfisher leaseholders can report repairs either by using our online reporting form which can be found here or by calling our 24 hour call centre on 0800 988 4858 if you find any defects in your HomeBuy property. We will note down your problem and set a target date for repairs. If you find defects 12 months after you have moved in, you will need to contact the National House-Building Council instead.
Sovereign Vale leaseholders can report repairs either by using our online reporting form which can be found here or by calling our 24 hour call centre on 0845 450 8241 during office hours or 0845 450 8244 at all other times if you find any defects in your HomeBuy property. We will note down your problem and set a target date for repairs. If you find defects 12 months after you have moved in, you will need to contact the National House-Building Council instead.
Please note that if you own a house, all repairs are your responsibility unless they are in a communal area, so we will charge you for any work we carry out. If you own an apartment, generally the inside of your building is your responsibility and the outside and communal areas are ours.
