Sovereign Living has an established reputation as one of the south’s leading affordable home ownership providers and has already helped to find new homes for over 3,000 people. We feel passionate about helping people achieve their goal of owning their home, and provide specialist support for first-time buyers, key workers, singles, couples, families and those facing changes to their family circumstances.As a not-for-profit organisation regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency, we offer a range of HomeBuy services. HomeBuy is the term used to describe a government-funded programme of affordable home ownership, designed to help people who wish to buy or rent a home but cannot afford to do so on the open market.
With over 15 years’ experience of developing home ownership solutions, Sovereign Living is dedicated to providing, quality, affordable housing in neighbourhoods where people want to live. Our friendly, experienced staff are here to guide customers through the process of buying a home and offer expert advice and support on all aspects of affordable home ownership.
Sovereign Living is part of Sovereign Housing Association ltd, one of the top 10 largest social housing associations in the country and a main provider of affordable housing across the south and south west of England.
Following Sovereigns amalgamation with Kingfisher HVHS Housing Association in July 2009, we are now one of the largest providers of affordable homes in the UK. Working with a large number of local authorities and other partners, our members manage more than 30,000 homes across the south and south west England.
The amalgamation puts us in a stronger position to deliver high quality affordable homes, more local customer services for residents in Hampshire, and economies of scale in procurement and development across the Group.
