Sovereign Living already sells and rents more than 400 properties every year, across seven counties, from city centre apartments in Bristol to family homes in desirable villages.  We also sell HomeBuy properties on behalf of six other housing associations, allowing us to take the strain without the trauma of you having to staff up.

Our approach is tailored to the local market and economy, so marketing activity (such as events, open days and mailshots) is targeted and maximised with informative brochures, advertising and PR activity to drive demand.

As well as having a 17 strong sales force on hand at our offices in Exeter, Bristol, Newbury and Basingstoke, we have in-house designers and PR specialists. We can also provide a resale service and our leasehold team can handle staircasing on your behalf.

Value for money
Letting us handle your sales, means we will contact the HomeBuy agent in your area to advertise the scheme, collect nominations, arrange mailshots, assess applications, run credit checks, hold interviews, liaise with lenders and solicitors. You choose whether to sell the properties yourself, and let us take care of the paperwork listed above or we can offer a full marketing service.
