Shared ownership survey

We would really like your feedback if you have recently moved into one of our new homes.

Please click here to fill out the survey. Filling it in on-line is a new way of gaining customer feedback, helping us to reduce costs and our environmental impact.

Any feedback you are able to give us will help us to identify any issues and make improvements where possible.   We will also periodically publish overall findings in our residents’ news letter where you will be informed of what we have done about the issues you raise.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes, but please feel free to add extra comments if you wish.

You have the option to fill in this survey anonymously, if you wish.  However if you do provide your name this will help us to follow-up any concerns you may raise.  All your responses will be dealt with in strictest confidence.
