Sovereign Living has an established reputation as one of the south’s leading shared ownership and market rent providers and has already helped to find new homes for over 4,000 people. We feel passionate about helping people achieve their goal of owning their home, and provide specialist support for first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, and those facing changes to their family circumstances.
In November 2016 we merged with get move-in (part of Spectrum Housing Group) in order to build more new homes across a larger area in the south and south west, offering our customers a wider choice of properties to buy and rent.
As a not-for-profit organisation regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency, we offer a range of Help to Buy services. Help to Buy is the term used to describe a government-funded programme of affordable home ownership, designed to help people who wish to buy or rent a home but cannot afford to do so on the open market.
With 20 years’ experience of developing home ownership solutions, Sovereign Living is dedicated to providing, quality, affordable housing in neighbourhoods where people want to live.
Our friendly, experienced staff are here to guide customers through the process of buying or renting a home and offer expert advice and support on any of our properties, or the process of buying your own home with Shared Ownership.
