Affordability Appraisal
Our staff will assess your income to work out a feasible rental budget for you. They’ll also detail what you are expected to pay for as a tenant. We'd expect your annual salary (before tax) to be 30 times the monthly rent in order to pass our affordability criteria.
Referencing
When you have applied to rent a property from us, references will be carried out on each proposed tenant by an independent credit search agency. We will provide you with the relevant information to enable you to complete the form online once we have received your referencing fee.
In some cases, where insufficient employment of UK financial history is available, advanced rental payments may be required.
The cost of referencing is non-refundable in the event that you no longer wish to proceed with the property or the references prove to be unsatisfactory as a result of something you fail to declare on your application form.
