The Brook, Swanage
Sovereign Living, on behalf of Bournemouth Churches Housing Association, is excited to announce The Brook. A handful of brand new homes anticipated for completion May 2019, in the popular Dorset location of Swanage.
Redeveloped on former farmland, located less than a mile from the beachfront, and on the edge of the Durlston Country Park & Nature Reserve, The Brook is a rather unique (not to mention amazing) place to call home. This development will total just 20 homes with a small number of two bedroom homes available with shared ownership.
